Today we are performing an autopsy on the most neglected part of your resume: the skills section. If you are still listing "Microsoft Word" or "Team Player" as a skill: I need you to understand that you are essentially telling me you can breathe and walk at the same time. In 2026: those aren't skills; they are vital signs.
If you want to play in the big leagues: you need to stop listing your personality and start listing your technical leverage. We are moving past the "crayon" era of generic bullet points and entering the era of the high-value tech stack.
